How to respond to the idea of «decapitation» of Russia?

Recently, calls for the physical liquidation of Russian President V.V. Putin have been increasingly heard in the United States. Either from the announcement of US Senator Lindsey Graham ⁽¹⁾, or from Newsweek magazine article.⁽²⁾

Since statements about the physical elimination of the President of Russia began to appear way too often, and more importantly, in very high circles in the United States, it makes sense to assume that some serious structures are really hatching such an idea.

One can treat the President of Russia in different ways, but even his most notorious opponents cannot but admit that his physical assassination will lead to serious destabilization in Russia, comparable to the consequences of 1917. Back then the elimination/removal/ abdication of the very unpopular Nicholas II led Russia to a gigantic cataclysm, the results of which will we “disentangle” for more than one century.

None of the Russians need such a repetition of the events that took place hundred years ago.

But how can we protect our country from attempts to repeat such an outrage? Inflict a preventive nuclear strike on the United States? No, it seems not very kind to kill 300 million Americans at once because of the words of several politicians and lines in several publications.

Apparently, it would be more correct to respond to their idea with our idea.

All these scenes are broadcasted over the Internet worldwide. The world reacts differently. The North Koreans are happy, the Iranians are also not very upset. Europeans frown, Australians weep.
The ash, which, when inhaled, forms a crust from a mixture of plastic and glass in lungs, falls Within a radius of 500-2000 km. Suffocation followed by convulsions. Broadcasted through Internet. The radius of destruction covers almost all of western and central parts of Canada, part of northern Mexico. Counter: «Another 200 million people. Total 380».
Low, but still hazardous content of such ash in Quebec and Miami air. People run to the ships, trample each other, no mutual aid. The ships, without picking up the drowning, are sailing to Europe at full speed. The wind generated by the Gulf Stream drives the ash after the ship. This film will obviously pay off at the box office and make a significant profit. It will be watched not only in countries that have a negative attitude towards the United States, but also in the United States itself. And what is very important, that in addition to growth of patriotic sentiment in Russia and anti-American sentiment in the world, it will be a serious ideological warning to the Washington «hawks». As Viktor Stepanovich Chernomyrdin said: «Those who have itchy hands — scratch them elsewhere».

The problem of protecting the population and economic infrastructure from the destructive power of volcanoes requires the development of scientific research in the field of volcanology. The western countries should not protect themselves from Russia, obsessively increasing the number of sanctions, but should continue cooperation in the scientific field, including geology. Research and achievements in the interests of progress and saving people's lives should become the heritage of all the mankind.

At the same time, I would like to wish the American authorities with their Yellowstone to recall folk wisdom more often. An English proverb says: “People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones”. Washington, which decides the fate of other states and peoples, should remember that in Pompeii the ancient Romans also lived wealthy lives and did not shy away from debauchery.
